I don’t usually blog with full names of brides and grooms, but Jaclyn Cashman and Trevor Childs’ amazing wedding has also been written up in the Boston Globe, Boston Herald and Cape Cod Times so I don’t think they’ll mind.
Our string quartet played for the prelude and ceremony at St. Christopher’s Church in the center of Chatham. It was recently rebuilt and is a wonderful space with air conditioning! Everyone was comfortable including the musicians. Jaclyn asked us to play Viva La Vida for the recessional so I wrote an arrangement that worked well for the quartet. It was a big hit.
Allison Wildes Liset was the wedding planner and she did an awesome job. If you’re getting married on Cape Cod and need a planner, I suggest you contact her at capeweddingplanner.com. The Cashman/Childs wedding was a three day event with a clambake on the Cashman’s private island, the reception at the Chatham Bars Inn, and brunch on Sunday. We were honored and thrilled to be part of this big event.
