Our Lady of the Cape Trio Wedding

Looking forward to fall weddings, I began thinking about Danielle and Andrew, who last fall chose Our Lady of the Cape Church for their Cape Cod destination wedding. We had the pleasure of working with church organist Becket Centaur for their late September ceremony.

The mothers walked down the aisle to “The Swan” from Carnival of the Animals. Being a cellist, I was really excited about this piece because it’s written for cello! It was so much fun to have violin and flute accompany ME instead of the other way around. Danielle and Andrew chose Bach “Air” for the bridesmaids and “Canon in D” for the bride’s entrance.

It was a full mass so we played “I Have Loved You” for the responsorial psalm, “Ave Verum Corpus” for the unity candle lighting, “Romanza” from Eine Kleine Nackt Music during communion, and “Ave Maria” for the presentation of the gifts. The recessional was from “Autumn” – The Four Seasons.
