We were delighted to play this weekend for Tim and Kara’s wedding at St. John the Evangelist Church in Attleboro.
The stained glass windows were amazing. The sun was shining so the colors were absolutely spectacular.
Even though it was a full mass and we had a lot of music to coordinate, everything worked out beautifully. We especially enjoyed accompanying Karyl, our wonderful cantor, who can sing more music than anyone I know,
This was actually Tim and Kara’s second wedding. They had a quick civil ceremony before Tim shipped out to Iraq, but always planned on having the “real thing” when his deployment ended. Planning a wedding while you’re in Massachusetts and your fiancé is in Iraq isn’t the easiest thing to do but we’re glad Tim was so involved in the process; he’s the one who booked us.
I want to wish Tim and Kara a wonderful future at his new assignment in Texas.
Happy string ensemble planning.
