String Quartet at Tewksbury Country Club

We recently had the pleasure of playing for Julie and Steven’s wedding. This was our second wedding with Julie’s family. We played duos for her brother’s wedding three years ago. Julie’s mother loves classical music and the fact that our repertoire is so large.

Julie and Steven’s friend, Julia, was the officiant and did a great job at her first wedding. It’s really important that we know exactly what an officiant is going to say at the end of the ceremony, so the recessional is played at the right time. Julia stuck to her script and everything worked smoothly.

The processionals were “Wachet Auf” for the  bridal party and “Trumpet Voluntary” for Julie’s entrance. We played “One Hand, One Heart” during the memorial moment for Julie’s father. “Allegro” from “Spring, The Four Seasons” was the recessional.

It was our first visit to the Tewksbury Country Club and we were totally impressed. Brenda, the event coordinator, was on top of everything and very helpful with our seating needs and music cues.
