The Harding-Allen Estate in Barre has a lovely garden for wedding ceremonies.
Although it had been raining most of the day, the sun came out just in time for the ceremony. It rained again after everyone had returned to the reception room. How lucky is that!
I worked with Mike, the father of the bride, who is also a musician. The processionals were Vangelis “Hymne” and Pachelbel “Canon”. Colleen and Steve lit the Unity Candle to “One Hand, One Heart” from West Side Story. The recessional was Allegro from “Spring”, The Four Seasons. I wish we could have stayed to hear the nine-piece band that played after us!
