The Weston Copley Hotel was the setting for Lauren and Michael’s August wedding. The Staffordshire Room has floor to ceiling windows with a gorgeous view that keep things light and bright.
The 30 minute prelude while guests were being seated included such classical favorites as Handel’s “Alla Hornpipe”, Pachelbel’s “Canon in D”, Clarke’s “Trumpet Voluntary” and Purcell’s “Trumpet Tune”.
The bridal party walked down the aisle to “Jesu, Joy Of Man’s Desiring” while Lauren entered to the famous “Bridal Chorus”, better known as “Here Comes The Bride”. The recessional was “Wedding March”.
Cocktail hour was a mix of classical music, waltzes, Irish tunes, tangos, Broadway show songs and old jazz standards.
