You can’t top the beauty of the Wychmere Beach Club in Harwich Port, MA. Most weddings are held on the lawn overlooking the harbor and beach.
Alexis and John were lucky to get a pretty day even though it was cold outside. They chose all-classical music for the prelude.
The bridal party walked down the aisle to “Trumpet Voluntary” while Alexis and her father entered to “Bridal Chorus” (Here Comes The Bride). We played Allegro from “Spring”, the Four Seasons as the recessional.
Everyone moved inside for cocktail hour. The bride and groom asked for some old jazz standards such as “At Last” and “The Way You Look Tonight” as well as several contemporary popular songs including “A Thousand Years”, “Bless the Broken Road” and “Viva La Vida”.
